Daniel’s Care

The main mission of Daniel’s Care is to assist children with life-threatening or life-limiting illnesses by providing them with the highest quality care. Working with families within a 23-county radius in Kentucky, regardless of their ability to pay, Daniel’s Care services enable children to be at home as much as possible, allowing the families to lead a more normal life.

Our “Images That Speak”  program was created to provide one Daniel’s Care family per month the opportunity to visit Walden’s and to receive, at no charge, a wall-size, matted and framed Relationship Black & White portrait with their child.  What a blessing this is for us as these brave families allow us to put a “face” on the Daniel’s Care mission.
